Service agreement – means continuity and safety
Our customers shall always have access to good support and the latest
versions of the program and handbooks. With a service agreement, you
insure yourself as customer for the safety and continuity required for
work to
function smoothly.
When purchasing a program from ATIVA Development AB, cost free guidance
is always included during
installation of the program. This means that
you as the customer will receive help with any questions in
connection
to the installation.
This can be supplemented later with a service agreement. It gives access
to qualified help on how to use the functions in the program.
Free upgrades
By signing a service agreement, you get not only help with your program,
but also the latest version of the program. Just the cost of the upgrade
is enough motivation to sign a service agreement. Through direct contact
with our customers we receive a lot of feedback, which leads to new
functions in the program.
Validity of the Service Agreement
The service agreement works as a subscription. It takes effect
immediately when it has been ordered. It is then invoice yearly in
advance and continues until further notice. The agreement period is 12 (twelve)
months from when the order has been received by ATIVA Development AB.
The agreement is automatically extended in periods of 12 months at the
end of each contractual period. The agreement can be marked for
termination by either party at the latest 30 days before the end of each
contractual period.
Cost for Service Agreement
The cost for the service agreement is at present 20% of the total
license cost.
